Impact storytelling reshapes society by revealing the humanity of those we rarely see. LA LA LA aims to inspire empathy for unhoused youth struggling to stay in school while living on the streets or in cars. It seeks to spark action and support for services driving systemic change. LA LA LA is a narrative that informs, evokes empathy, and inspires action. Set in Los Angeles, the production will provide work opportunities for Angelenos in the music and film industries, helping the community recover in the aftermath of the fires. Through this collaboration, musicians and filmmakers, armed with newfound empathy for the struggles of the unhoused, will work to uplift and empower unhoused youth striving to stay in school.
